Requirements & Fees

  • Must be licensed in AZ as principal broker or as an appraiser without a real estate license.
  • One time setup fee (for appraisal offices) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $250.00
  • One time setup fee (for general real estate offices) . . . . . . . . . . . $500.00

Process for New Offices:

  • Principal Broker or Primary Appraiser- Complete Membership Application and Service Agreement.
  • Pay Setup Fee and prorated monthly fees.
  • MLS Provider sets them up and adds them to the MLS
  • MLS Provider sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Shirley Seplak).

Process for New Agents:

  • They must be licensed with an office that is a current member of the GVMLS.
  • The principal broker, primary appraiser, or MLS Provider can add them to the MLS.
  • They have to pay the prorated fees due before they can login and use the MLS.
  • MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Shirley Seplak).

Process for Terminating Agents:

  • The principal broker, primary appraiser, or MLS Provider can terminate users from the MLS.
  • If terminated by the broker, their real estate license must be terminated with the division of real estate.
  • MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Shirley Seplak).

Process for Agent Office Transfers:

  • We will eventually have a module that allows the broker to transfer an agent through the MLS.
  • For now, just call the MLS Provider and we will take care of the transfer
    •  All Active and Pending Listings will be canceled or put in the broker's name (per broker's approval).
    • Listings may be transferred to the new agent at the new office per written approval from the broker.
    • MLS Provider approves them, and sends an email notice to the MLS coordinator (Shirley Seplak).
